Data handling
A system diagnostic may involve reviewing operational documents, data extracts, procedures, screenshots, or tool access. This page explains how that material is handled.
What may be requested
Depending on the scope agreed during the diagnostic scoping call, this can include process documentation, data exports, reports, screenshots, existing tool configurations, and limited stakeholder access.
How material is shared
Sensitive documents are not requested through unsecured general email. Once a diagnostic scope is agreed, material is exchanged through a secure, access-controlled channel. An NDA can be put in place before any material is shared, on request.
Retention
Documents and data are retained only for the duration needed to complete the diagnostic and agreed follow-on work, and are deleted or returned on request once the engagement ends.
Requesting an NDA
To request an NDA before sharing material, mention it on the diagnostic scoping call or email max.op.lab@gmail.com.
